Project Features:

This project involved progressive remediation of the site in conjunction with the construction of the adoptable road and sewer layout. The remediation consisted of the removal off Site Hydro Carbon "Hot Spots" and the importation of circa 29000m3 inert material to raise levels in accordance with the remediation strategy.

The project also required the construction of 490 No domestic houses and apartments with 85 No being constructed by Bryant Homes during the remediation and infrastructure construction phase with John Reilly Civil Engineering simultaneously carrying out all of the groundwork's to the same.

The project was completed on time and to the satisfaction of all interested parties.
